Do you offer 2-factor authentication?
We currently do not have 2 factor authentication but because of the nature of data, we are going to
introduce this very soon.

Where is your data center located?
DealSketch uses Google App Engine and Google's data centers are located worldwide. More details can be found
here.

Do customers own their own data and metadata?
Yes, customers own all their data and metadata. We do NOT perform any kind of analysis or run machine
learning algorithms on your data.

Who will have data usage rights?
Only you will have data usage rights for the data that you or your clients upload.

Are only authorized users able to change content?
Yes, only authorized users can make any changes.

What options are available for customers to get their data back and in what format?
Customers will be allowed to download all their files in zip format. You are never tied into our platform.

Does the service comply with industry standards like ISO-27001, SAS 70 type II?
Our cloud service provider routinely undergoes extensive audits. Currently they have following
certifications:
- SSAE16 / ISAE 3402 Type II
- SOC 2
- SOC 3 public audit report
- ISO 27001
- FISMA Moderate accreditation
- PCI DSS v3.0

How are security breaches handled and how are customers notified of a breach?
Breaches are communicated by cloud provider to DealSketch and we will communicate those to affected
customers in case that happens. We take all necessary precautions to ensure customer data is protected and
manged as per regulations.

Do you maintain a status page?
Currently we do not have a service status page but our service provider's status page is located
here. In case of service outage, we will notify you by an
email.

Do you encrypt data at rest? What kind of authentication do they use? How are encryption keys managed?
We use Google App Engine which encrypts all data at rest. Currently we let Google manage encryption keys but
we are keeping a close eye at customer supplied
encryption keys feature that is currently in beta.

What kind of support do you offer? Are there any training resources available?
Support is offered by email and we are working on creating a knowledge base. For every new account, we offer
4 hours of user training. This includes setting up initial templates, sending some requests and adding new
agents. All these sessions are offered online. More training can be arranged if needed.

What happens to my data upon account deletion?
Once you delete your account, we will submit a batch job to delete all the data associated with your
account. Upon succcessful completion of this job, we have no way to recover your data.
